The staff was pleasant - we will be back. The room itself was bright and airy and the hotel was clean. Everything was great, though a few employees were not very friendly. There was a superb bar with terrific service.

The hotel was in an amazing location next to somewhere to eat or walk near the ocean, Nanaimo and the ferry terminal. Furthermore, near waterfront. We have booked suite with the bedroom and a patio, for example for 2 nights. The breakfast was fresh made and satisfactory and included.
